At Mitti, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns due to the nature of our operations. However, we are happy to consider partial refunds in certain situations.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
If a partial refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
